Farm-to-table doesn't have to be a farfetched concept. Our experienced team at Edible Garden City have collectively more than 100 years of food growing experience, and we specialise in regional, naturalised and native edibles, grown naturally and with social inclusion in mind.
Our organisation was awarded the President's Award for the Environment in 2021, and we have built more than 260 food gardens across Singapore, and supplied fresh produce to more than 220 dining establishments.

Our farmers grow premium, pesticide-free produce locally, specialising in fragrant herbs and vibrant flowers, to help you on your farm-to-table journey.
Our freshly-harvested farm herbs, edible flowers and greens have been supplied to more than 220 dining establishments across Singapore, from local cafés to Michelin-starred restaurants. All our harvest is grown at two farms - our HQ in Queenstown, and our heart-of-the-city rooftop farm at Raffles City.

BUILD AND MAINTAIN AN EDIBLE GARDEN
Is sustainability a core concept of your venue? If you've got an alfresco space with a bit of sunlight, let's have a chat on how we could enliven the area for your diners, and invite some beautiful biodiversity in as well.
We design, build and maintain gardens for a range of hospitality venues that embed high quality and sustainable produce into their purpose.
Write in today with a photo, and we'd be happy to explain what can or can't be done. For most projects, the required lead time is at least 6 months.
Edible Garden Design and Build
Our team of landscape designers will help you transform a suitable plot within your hotel or restaurant into an edible garden
The process briefly:
A plot or a combination of plots are identified within the compound
Our team of landscape designers will conduct a site visit to understand the intended purpose of the garden, the team's needs and the site conditions
A plan will be proposed and presented to your team, with customisations done where possible as requested
Once the design and other considerations are finalised, construction can begin.
Basic Maintenance Programme
We recommend a Basic Maintenance Programme for all gardens, to ensure that the farm remains productive, beautiful and inviting.
Maintenance will be recommended based on the needs of the garden
Maintenance training can also be provided upon request
Our team will also be able to work with you to formulate other complementary nature-based programming.
