PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering

The PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering urban farm is home to more than 50 varieties of herbs and vegetables, grown specially for the hotel's restaurants, lounge and spa. Edible flowers and leaves like butterfly sorrel, pentas and blue pea add a vibrant burst of colour. These are complemented by local staples like chilli, curry leaf and basil and Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and oregano.

The planting palate was decided in close collaboration with the hotel and culinary team, for an unforgettable farm-to-table, farm-to-bar and farm-to-spa experiences.
