The Farm is the Pharmacy

Plants have a marvellous way of healing themselves and we benefit from some of the healing power they hold. This programme will explore some plants which science and traditional medicine have told us are beneficial to include in our diet. Participants will not only learn the beneficial uses of readily available fruits, vegetables and herbs, they will also get to share how they have been consuming these plants themselves.
